Answers to the questions our customers ask most often.
Is all your furniture made to measure?
Yes. Every corner sofa is made to the customer's size. We adapt the width, depth, layout and left or right version to your living room.
How do I request a free design?
Just send us your measurements using the form on the “Custom furniture” page or by email to kontakt@corneros.pl. We will prepare a visualisation and an initial quote.
Can I design my corner sofa myself?
Yes, in the 3D configurator. Choose the model, layout, size, fabric colour, legs and extras, then send us the finished enquiry with a picture of your furniture in one click.
Can I see the fabrics before ordering?
Yes, we post fabric samples to our customers. Give us your parcel locker number or full address, phone number, the colours you are interested in and tell us whether you have pets.
How long does it take to make the furniture?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks from receipt of the deposit. The exact date is given in the order form.
How do ordering and payment work?
Once the design and price are agreed, we send you an order form. After you return it, you pay a deposit, usually PLN 1000. You pay the balance to the driver on delivery or by bank transfer before delivery. Inbank instalments are also available.
Do you issue VAT invoices for businesses?
Yes. For a business invoice we issue a pro forma invoice for the full amount and make the furniture once it has been paid.
Where do you deliver and how much does transport cost?
We deliver across Poland and abroad to Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. Transport is included in the price, without carrying the furniture in.
How does delivery work?
Furniture is delivered by an external company between 5 am and 11 pm. Please arrange help with unloading. The driver is not obliged to carry the furniture in but can help for an extra fee if agreed in advance.
What guarantee do you give?
Our furniture comes with a 24-month guarantee.
Can the corner sofa be a right-hand version?
Yes. We make corner sofas in a left or right version, you choose it when ordering.
Which legs can I choose?
Wooden legs in one of the colours shown under “Wood colours”, or metal legs.
Will the corner sofa fit through my door?
With the backrest raised by 5 cm, the corner piece needs a door at least 85 cm wide. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
