Delivery and payment

Delivery

  • We deliver anywhere in Poland and abroad to Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Transport is included in the price of the furniture.
  • Furniture is delivered by an external company between 5 am and 11 pm.
  • Delivery takes up to 7 working days after we send you photos of the finished piece and confirm delivery by email and phone.
  • The price does not include carrying the furniture in. Please arrange help with unloading. The driver can help carry it in for an extra fee if agreed in advance.

Lead time

We usually make your furniture in 3 to 6 weeks from receipt of the deposit. The exact date is given in the order form.

Payment

  • After you return the order form, you pay a deposit, usually PLN 1000.
  • You pay the balance to the driver on delivery or by bank transfer before delivery.
  • Business invoice: we issue a pro forma invoice for the full amount and make the furniture once it has been paid.

Guarantee

Our furniture comes with a 24-month guarantee.
